Program Description

Event Details

In this total body workout series we will be working on toning our bodies while improving our strength. This class is beginner friendly while still providing a challenge to regular exercisers. Bring a mat, 2 hand-held weights (1-5 lbs.), and a water bottle. (IN PERSON)
