A total body workout to tone and improve our strength. This class is beginner friendly while still providing a challenge to regular exercisers. Bring a mat, 2 hand-held weights (1-5 lbs.), and a water bottle. *6/11 class will be held in the Park at 114 with a rain date of 7/2.
