Event Details

In this total body workout series, we will be working toning our bodies and improving our strength. This class is beginner friendly while also providing a challenge to regular exercisers. Bring a mat, 2 hand held weights (1 to 5 lbs), and a water bottle. NOTE: the 6/10 class will be held in The Park at 114 with a rain date of 7/1.
