Program Description

Event Details

Strength training, balance, aerobics and flexibility. Most of the exercises are performed seated. Please have a sturdy chair available, preferably without arms. We also use a rope or belt, a semi deflated ball or a small pillow, and your own free weights. All exercises can be modified to suit your level.
