Week Calendar

Certified Yoga Instructor Laurel Frey leads this five-session workshop featuring a blend of chair and traditional yoga. NOTE: there is a $20 fee, payable by check only, made out to Laurel Frey, due upon registration. 

An introduction to nursery rhymes, books, music and creative movement.

Open to all levels of play. Bring your set of tiles if you have one. Registration is not required.

Music and movement to get the wiggles out and grow coordination.

Encourage word, sound development and communication skills.
 

Come and practice spoken English in a relaxed atmosphere. Free, no registration required. Open to all adults, 18 and older. Group is led by Certified ESOL Instructor Mary Leming.

Bring your sewing machine and a project, or stop by to learn more. Registration is not required.
