A strength and sculpting class that is based on circuit type training with cardio placed in between strength moves.  Virtual participants can use a small pillow or ball for most exercises.

Build with Legos, Mega Bloks, and Magna Tiles.

An introduction to science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics. Focus on critical thinking and problem solving skills.
