Week Calendar

Strength training and body sculpting. This class is held in the Library’s park. Bring a towel or mat and water. 

Gentle movement to improve endurance, flexibility and strength. Suitable for people in early stages of Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, or post stroke.

Open to all levels of play. Bring your set of tiles if you have one. Registration is not required.

Four session workshop with a Certified Yoga Instructor. Please note: There is a $20 fee due at registration payable only by check made out to Laurel Frey.
