Bond with your child through interactive activities involving rhyming songs and instruments.

Gentle movement to improve endurance, flexibility and strength. Suitable for people in early stages of Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, or post stroke.

Combined skill-specific fitness components (running, jumping, balancing). The obstacle course will get us moving and engaged.
