Paddle along the shore to glimpse beautiful homes and wildlife in Setauket Harbor. $25 fee includes kayak rental and 1
hour tour, and is due upon registration payable by check only to Paumanok Tours.

Strength training, balance, aerobics and flexibility. Most of the exercises are performed seated. Please have a sturdy chair available, preferably without arms.

Open to all levels of play. Bring your set of tiles if you have one. Registration is not required.
