Strength training, balance, aerobics and flexibility. Most of the exercises are performed seated. Please have a sturdy chair available, preferably without arms.

Narcan is a nasal spray that can reverse the effects of an opioid exposure. The Phoenix House of New York will be on hand to give out free Narcan and instruct people on how to administer it.
