Strength training, balance, aerobics and flexibility. Most of the exercises are performed seated. Please have a sturdy chair available, preferably without arms.

Combining skill-specific fitness components such as (running, jumping, balancing) and the FUNdamentals of many sports (throwing, kicking, catching, shooting).

Please do not bring any snacks or drinks (for either child or adult).

Open to all levels of play.  Bring your set of tiles if you have one.  Registration is not required.

Narcan is a nasal spray that can reverse the effects of an opioid exposure. The Phoenix House of New York will be on hand to give out free Narcan and instruct people on how to administer it.
