YOU MUST ATTEND BOTH EVENINGS: Jan 19th & Jan 20th.

Registration is IN PERSON and payment is required at registration. Fee is $33 by check or money order only made payable to “Empire Safety Council.” If you are more than three minutes late, you will not be allowed to attend. The library cannot assist with issues involving certificates.
